Red Hot Refractory was founded to provide industrial clients across Western Canada with honest, practical, and unbiased refractory and concrete inspection services.
We do not sell refractory products. We do not represent any manufacturer. Our only business is assessing the condition of your linings and helping you make informed decisions about repair, replacement, and maintenance planning.

Based in Spruce Grove, Alberta, Red Hot Refractory is led by Greg Usher – an API 936 Certified inspector with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the refractory and industrial construction industries.
Greg has worked with major industrial clients across Western Canada, including:
Oil & Gas (Suncor, CNRL, Imperial Oil, ExxonMobil)
Steel (Altasteel, Orion Steel Regina)
